Garrett L. Holcombe loves a good success story. His work in retirement income, personal retirement and business planning helps his clients work towards their own great success story. His education in political science provided insight that helping someone reach their goals, to succeed, to be confident in their future was a passion of his. Seeing folks come in with concerns and leave with a better understanding is one of his favorite things to witness.
Garrett knows what it means to be a part of a community. He was raised in Cherokee County, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Canton, the Kennesaw State University Alumni Association, and a founding member of the 1st GA State Line, a Civil War re-enacting regiment. He earned his Bachelor of Science in political science in 2015 from KSU. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for Sea Scouts Ship 100, and an active Cherokee County Cub Scouts dad.
In 2006, he joined his father, Gary Holcombe, at Horizon Planning Group. Garrett is the Vice President and is married to Amber, also a member of Horizon Planning Group’s team. They live in Canton and serve the community as licensed foster parents with Goshen Homes, an affiliate of Goshen Valley Boys Ranch.
